  We had a very pleasant experience with our visit to this Dunkin' Donuts. There was no line and we were created very friendly at the register. We had no wait time at all for our food and drinks and the taste of both was excellent!

  Short version: Sunday 3/19/17
  Employee not listening/argues with customer.
  Out of VANILLA Syrup.
  Get 2 drinks after cancelling one/asked for cupcake for the other.
  Remade drink is SF Vanilla.
  Manager sides with employee.
  Got refund for drink.
  I'm sorry....it's really bad to ask for a refund for a coffee drink...at DD!
  ISSUES:
  Mgr should go get vanilla from another DD or needs assistance with ordering. Employee needs job where listening isn't required.
  This is not the only problems we've had. Out of donuts at odd times of day. Not friendly employees.
  Resolution:
  please MYSTERY SHOP this store and by mystery I mean it's a secret til after the assessment. Upper Mgmt needs to get a handle on this while it's still fixable.
  This store is much needed in this area; when it first opened gave great service and donuts always looked fresh. Now they are out of donuts at very odd times, employees aren't happy, and you don't get what you pay for.
  We won't be back for a while. There's a new DD on Kipling/Jellison and Kipling /Belleview...we will check them out.
