However, it was far too salty; abnormally so—and I say this as one who enjoys salt. Picking it apart I determined that much of the salt came from the dough.
Considering this was my first Anthony's pizza, I am unsure if aggressive salting is part for the course or not, but I thought it was worth mentioning.September 07, 2016
